At this phase briquetting is accomplished. On hand of the working scheme one can find, that the pre-compacted residue is situated in the feeding-chamber (3) with the piston (05) pressed into the comical die (04) and continuous movement. The residue passes thought the comical die, each stroke of the piston, raises the temperature due to friction and pressure.
High temperature and pressure destroying the elasticity of the fibers and forming a new  product with different fractures: the briquette.

The constant movement of the piston-crankshaft and fly-wheel (7) system provides immerse also to raise an kinetic and steady for the briquetting.
