The BIOMAX makes high volume high reliability briquetting presses. Our products are not suited for domestic use, being designed to operate in industrial plants. The BIOMAX equipments transform waste cellulose materials, biomass in general, such as saw dust cotton husks, sugar cane bagasse, peanut shells, rice husks, straw and other into briquettes with high burning efficiency and sale potencial.

The BIOMAX briquetting presses with their robust and sturdy design can be used for heavy and continuous duty. The welded and stress relieved structure special designed bearings and an automatic central lubrifation system are important features for an unlimited lifespan. The motor driven flat belt power-transmission, multiplicities by the static balanced flywheels, proceeding by continuous motion of the crankshaft, piston cross head and ram, develops a pressure of 1200 kg/cm² in the rigid mounted press cylinder. BIOMAX furnishes besides briquette presses complementary equipment for whole briquetting plants such as: silos, hackers, shredders, dryers, transport conveyors etc.

The briquetting presses BIOMAX are furnished in accordance with the type of the waste material:

* Capacity reference values are based on specific weight of 180 Kg/m³ and 16% of residue humidity.

** Exclusive model for light type waste like sugar cane bagasse and straw 90 Kg/m³ cotton husks with an specific weight of  120 Kg/m³. Information on special models and materials can be supplied upon request.
